The sticks are dried naturally for three months, then dried in a kiln to the precise moisture articles best for hickory furniture making. Knowledgeable steam benders use the hundred 12 months old process of applying steam and pressure to permanently bend each stick to the desired form. Sticks are cautiously minimize and fitted using classic joinery approaches to develop a normal masterpiece that will final for the ages.
