Every hickory stick used is meticulously selected from abundant hickory forests in United States. The sticks are dried naturally for 3 months, then dried in a kiln to the precise moisture articles ideal for hickory furniture producing. Experienced steam benders use the hundred year old process of applying steam and pressure to completely bend each stick to the preferred shape. Sticks are cautiously cut and fitted using traditional joinery techniques to build a organic masterpiece that will last for the ages.
